Passover Meal
of Leviticus 23 is

on Abib 15. See Exodus

no fires during a Shabbat. This could be a problem in some
years. So be sure to consume everything.

Feast
of Weeks
"The Feast
of First Fruits"
Leviticus 23:16-22 ("The
Chosen Few" are the New meal Offering made
from leaven or sin).
Symbolism: Prepare leavened food
in advance of Shabbat and Pentecost; just as "The
Chosen," who were prepared by trials of fire and are coming
out of sin (leaven), were also
prepared in advance for this event.
Note: "The
Feast of Firstfruits" (aka The
Feast of Weeks) was intended to include "The
Full Moon;" symbolism of coming out of darkness and moving into "The
Light." This feast is easy to keep by simply living a normal
life and eating leavened food, but now you can do so with a new perspective. Only Shabbat & Pentecost are Holy
Convocations. Keep Shabbat
Holy. |
